If you consider yourself an athlete, and you have been training regularly for a long time, but you find yourself reaching a limit, then this program is for you.
Every routine, each designed by your trainer, will be oriented according to your objectives and will have a 4 to 6 times per week frequency. This training will help you push through that limit that holds you back with new techniques and exercises according to your goals.

Intermediate Plan

12 to 16 monthly lessons
