8 to 12 monthly lessons- If you never exercised, or have little to none experience training, but you want to get in shape in a quick and healthy way, then this program is for you.
- Every routine, each designed by your trainer, will be oriented according to your objectives and will have a 2 or 3 times per week frequency.
Intermediate Plan
12 to 16 monthly lessons- If you have some experience in training and you are looking for a way to be more effective and specific, then this plan is what you need.
- Every routine, each designed by your trainer, will be oriented according to your objectives and will have a 3 to 4 times per week frequency. This program will take you to new levels of performance.
Platinum Plan
16 to 24 monthly lessons- If you consider yourself an athlete, and you have been training regularly for a long time, but you find yourself reaching a limit, then this program is for you.
- Every routine, each designed by your trainer, will be oriented according to your objectives and will have a 4 to 6 times per week frequency. This training will help you push through that limit that holds you back with new techniques and exercises according to your goals.
